FY 2012-2016 State Plan
TCDD submitted its proposed State Plan for Fiscal Years 2012-2016 to the Administration on Developmental Disabilities in the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services on Aug. 15, 2011. This Plan became effective on Oct. 1, 2011. It includes goals, objectives and activities that describe how TCDD will use federal money to support the purpose of the federal Developmental Disabilities Assistance Act (DD Act).
